How we review legal and tax information

DOMUS Consulting publishes practical information about Spanish tax, non-residents, inheritance and property transactions. This page explains how that content is prepared, reviewed and updated.

Primary sources first

We prioritise official and primary sources: the Spanish Tax Agency, BOE, public administrations, Notariado, the Property Registry and European Union institutions. Where the answer depends on an individual file, we say so clearly.

Professional review

Content is assigned to the DOMUS area most closely related to the topic — tax, non-residents or legal — and reviewed so that general guidance is not presented as individual advice.

Updates

Relevant guides show a review date. When a material rule, form or filing deadline changes, we update the affected content and its official references.

Scope

Website information is general and does not replace a review of documents, tax residence, ownership, dates and the personal circumstances of each case.
